The trip from Marrakech to Merzouga starts at 8:00 am from your accommodation in Marrakech. In this 3 days trip, you discover the big south of Morocco as well as different desert landscapes, mountains, and animals. The trip includes camel trek and overnight in the Sahara desert
Day 1: Marrakech – Dades Valley

In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and we start our journey from Marrakech to Dades Gorges. We drive across the Tizi n’Tichka pass with a beautiful outlook over the Atlas mountains. We visit the amazing village of Telouet, then we continue to Ouarzazate to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou. On the way, you’ll take your lunch at Ouarzazate and continue to Dades valley where we spend our first night in a Kasbah in Dades gorges
Day 2: Dades Gorges – Merzouga
After breakfast, we drive from Dades gorges to Todgha gorges, then to the dunes of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga. The Berber villages are scattered along the road. We go through Tinjdad and Erfoud where we feel this is the start of the Sahara Desert and we continue to Merzouga. Once we are in Merzouga, we take a camel ride to our camp where we will spend the night in nomad tents.
Day 3: Merzouga – Marrakech
After enjoying the sunrise in the desert, we will come back with the camels to Merzouga. After taking a shower at the hotel, we begin our journey to Marrakech via the Berber villages Risani, Tazzarine, Nkob, and the Draa Valley. Our tour comes to an end late in the evening in the red city Marrakech
