During this 4 days tour, you will feel the magic of the south of Morocco and the Sahara. This is a real adventure not to be missed!

For the entirety of this tour, we will be using a 4WD vehicle as our transportation.
Erg Chegaga is the highest and most beautiful sand dune in Morocco, next to Erg Chebbi. It is without a doubt one of the best places to visit in the Moroccan Sahara. The tour also offers a great opportunity to experience what the nomadic life is like. In the middle of the desert, you can also ride a camel, go sandboarding and spend the night in a nomad tent. You will also visit the most beautiful sights of the south during this trip. To complete the tour we have included the city of Marrakech, as it is the most visited city in this kingdom, you will be accompanied by one of our local guides
What to Expect on Your 4 Days Agadir/Marrakech Tour to Erg Chegaga
On this 4-day, 3-night adventure to Marrakech and the Sahara, you will discover the magical sight of most of the south of Morocco. You’ll get a personalized experience of the desert, including a chance to visit the various oases, explore a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and spend the night under thousands of shining stars at a camp in the middle of the Sahara. Also a wonderful overnight stay in a riad in the medieval medina of Marrakech.
You will be picked up in Agadir on the first day to go to the red city of Marrakech. A certified city guide will show you the most beautiful attraction that you may not find on your own. Marrakech is a vibrant city and has many beautiful sights that you should not miss, such as the famous Djemaa el Fna and its old medina.
On the second day of our tour, we will continue into the Atlas Mountains and cross the Tizi-n-Tichka pass. We stop near Ouarzazate for lunch and visit the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site of Aït Ben Haddou Kasbah. On the third day, we discover the green valley of the Draa with its thousands of palm trees and kasbahs. We will spend the night in a Bedouin camp and enjoy the traditions of the local nomads under a beautiful starry sky. On the last day we drive through the dunes to reach Foum Zguid, then we continue to Agadir via Taroudant

Agadir/Marrakech tour to the Erg Chegaga Itinerary
Below is a brief description of our 4-day itinerary from Agadir to the desert via Marrakesh. If you would like to customize this trip to your liking, just let us know. We tailor it to your wishes and needs. The trip can be booked daily, but we recommend that you book in advance so that we can offer you the best. We strive to provide you with an unforgettable adventure.
Day 1: Agadir – Marrakech
You will be picked up from your hotel around 9:00 AM. We drive via the highway towards Marrakech. Once arrived in Marrakech we will have lunch near the Medina, then you will have a city tour with a local guide for about 4 hours. You will visit the most impressive touristic places such as the Djemaa el Fna square, the Koutoubia Mosque, the old medina, Majorelle garden, etc. You will spend the night in a typical Moroccan riad.
Day 2: Marrakech – Ouarzazate
Today our guide will pick you up from your riad and begin our tour along the Atlas Mountains towards Ouarzazate, nicknamed the port of the desert. This is where the real adventure begins!
Before the city of Ouarzazate, we will visit the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. This kasbah is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the visit to the ksour, we will have lunch in a local restaurant with a beautiful view over Ait Ben Haddou. Later we leave for Ouarzazate where you will spend the night.
Day 3: Ouarzazate – Agdz – Zagora – Erg Chegaga
Our tour will be started around 9 am. We head towards Draa Valley, a greenish oasis with beautiful palm trees and kasbahs. We pass through small Berber villages and the province of Zagora. We continue to the desert village of M’hamid where you will have lunch.
After lunch, we drive to Erg Chegaga. Here you will spend the night in a beautiful tented camp. You will also experience a camel ride and sandboarding
Day 4: Erg Chegaga – Taznakht – Taroudant – Agadir
You get up early to enjoy the sunrise on top of the dunes. Today our ride will be a little longer than the previous days. After breakfast, we leave for Foum Zguid along the sand dunes. We continue to Taznakht, which is known for its carpets and Safran, we also pass fields of argan trees. We will stop for photos along the way and also for lunch. Via Taroudant, we return to Agadir where our service ends.
